How to use the Capacity Assessment Methodology for anti-corruption agencies
This module is designed to support ACAs and their partners to plan and undertake a capacity assessment in advance of formulating a capacity development plan.
Module One provided a general overview of capacity development concepts, while Module 2 has been designed as a practical capacity assessment toolkit. Chapter A of this module provides a detailed guide to the core issues to be considered and assessed during the ACA Capacity Assessment. It is followed by a set of capacity assessment modules that focus on ACA activities. You should adapt and apply parts of the capacity assessment depending on the specific mandate of an ACA and the scope of the capacity assessment.
