The Organizational level

Organizational level capacities frame the policies, procedures and business processes that are essential for effective performance of the agencies. It also includes the infrastructure that is necessary for the ACA to deliver on its mandate. A number of core issues – internal institutional arrangements, leadership capacities, knowledge and skills required to perform the mandated functions, and internally-driven accountability systems – must be considered.
