Module 1: Background information
The first module of this course is divided into three parts:
- Lesson 1: Introduces normative frameworks on anti-corruption agencies (ACAs).
- Lesson 2: Provides background on anti-corruption agencies, including the diversity of national approaches and different types of ACAs.
- Lesson 3: Describes UNDP’s approach to capacity development, including the step-by-step process for carrying out a capacity assessment and the core issues and challenges for ACAs that need to be considered during a capacity assessment.
