Prioritization of corruption risks and selection of mitigation measures
The focus should be on corruption risk mitigation measures that address corruption risks with a potentially high impact and with a high level of frequency (see high risk categories in figure below/see risks 1, 2 and 4). In addition to the above three considerations, public support/political will to implement mitigation measures should be a factor.
