Applying the Capacity Assessment Methodology to ACAs
This section presents the core issues and challenges faced by ACAs at the environmental, organizational and individual levels. Chapter A (Lesson 5), which follows this section, provides a more detailed technical tool to guide the assessment of these core issues as they relate to the target ACA. Chapter A should be used when undertaking any ACA capacity assessment. The additional lessons address a range of common functions carried out by ACAs.
