  • Despite positive momentum, limited resources provide a challenge when it comes to transforming certain recommendations into programmatic actions and support. 
  • The Ministry of Water, Irrigation and Energy already started organizing trainings for staff members exposed to a high corruption risk. However, additional efforts are needed, and more fund needs to be dedicated by the commission.
