Case study 2

The way forward

The findings of the study lead to 10 key suggestions, presented in five workshops held in the past few months. The participants of the workshops represented all stakeholders (federal government representatives, members of the parliament, representatives of the Ministry of Water and Energy, the regional representatives of the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commissions, contractors, consultants, and suppliers). Hence, all participants fully recognized the recommendations, and the Ministry of Water, Irrigation and Energy agreed to implement them.
