Changes on the ground perceived by stakeholders
Through the project’s implementation in MANROSAM and MRNODEMO, water meters were installed in some areas. In MANORSAM, 25 families now have and pay for water. In MRNODEMO, the project is benefiting 580 families. In AMNM, the introduction of transparency, accountability and anticorruption remains a challenge, as the topic is considered taboo. The Water Administration Bodies continue to push for acceptance.
