INCREASING INTEGRITY

Incentives can improve performance and efficiency, and promote institutional and individual integrity. These include performance incentives (such as awards, compliance and quality management certifications, and comparative indexes), financial incentives, and social incentives. An integrity pact is a social incentive that can increase public trust of a specific institution and/or officials.
