KAA: Structure of the Agency
The Department of Investigation is made up of the Division for Detection and Investigation and the Division of Legislation and Education. The functions of the Department include:
The Department for Prevention of Corruption works on issues including conflict of interest, acceptance of gifts and supervision of public official’s assets, and is made up of the Division on Supervision of Assets and Gifts and the Division for Prevention of Conflict of Interests. The Administration Department provides administrative support services to ensure the proper functioning of the agency.
