Assessment of project progress
Comparison of actual results with expected results
Presidential elections were held in March 2014 and local elections took place in March 2015. While micro regions are implementing the project, the elections caused some delay in the implementation of activities. The last two months have seen actions to push the project forward, and planned activities are expected to finish on time. However the level of implementation and proactivity differs from one micro region to another. Across regions, efforts will be made to strengthen local officers’ capacities to efficiently manage projects.
