KAA: Conflict of Interests
(…) the KAA is not exercising a particular function in the conflict of interest management area, but is responsible for policy development and coordination. It is important for the KAA staff (Prevention Department) to be acquainted with the practices in this policy area and to know how to implement them in Kosovo. The agency should possess the following capacity related to conflicts of interest:
